1. Scope

These terms apply to orders you place through this website. The provider is Pakize Beyhan, Blumen Aromatische Welt, Landstraßer Hauptstraße 74/1, 1030 Wien, Österreich. They are written for consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).

2. Our products and their availability

Flowers are natural products. The photographs in the shop show examples of our work. Blooms, shade and shape can differ depending on the season and on what the market brings that day.

For the sizes Klein, Mittel and Groß we arrange within the price band you chose, from what is available in good quality that day. For work we make entirely to your wishes, such as bridal flowers, we name no price online and talk it through with you instead.

The presentation in the shop is not yet a binding offer, but an invitation for you to order.

3. Ordering and the contract

An order goes through these steps:

• You put the items you want into the basket.
• In the basket you see every line and can change quantities or remove items.
• In the order form you give your contact details and choose collection or delivery together with a date.
• Before you submit, you see your order summarised once more with every line and the total.
• Submitting takes you to the Stripe payment page, where you pay.
• After that you receive a confirmation by email with all the details of your order and a link that lets you look at it at any time.

You can correct input errors yourself at any point up until you submit: change quantities or remove lines in the basket, and change your details in the order form. Nothing is binding until you have sent the order.

By submitting and paying you make a binding offer. The contract comes into effect when we accept your order. We do that either by sending our confirmation email or by carrying the order out. The payment service's automatic payment confirmation is not yet an acceptance.

If we exceptionally cannot accept or cannot fulfil an order, we tell you, cancel it and refund the full amount.

We store the text of your order. It is not publicly accessible, and you need no customer account for it: you receive your order details with the confirmation email, and the link in that email lets you look at your order at any time.

The language of the contract is German or English, depending on the language you order in.

4. Prices and delivery costs

The prices that apply are those shown to you during ordering. The amount you see in the basket and on the payment page is the total for your order.

Delivery within Vienna costs €19.90. It is free from an order value of €50.00, and always free for delivery to 1030 Vienna. Collection from the shop costs nothing.

5. Collection and delivery

You can collect your order from our shop (Landstraßer Hauptstraße 74/1, 1030 Wien, Österreich) or have it delivered within Vienna. We deliver to all 23 districts.

You choose the day when you order. You can tell us a preferred time, but it is a wish rather than a fixed commitment. If it cannot be met, we get in touch with you.

6. The details you give us

Please check the name, phone number and delivery address before you submit your order. We deliver to the address you gave us.

If nobody is there or the address is wrong, we try to reach you by phone and agree with you what happens next. We copy the text of a gift card exactly as you enter it.

7. Payment

Payment is made when you order, online through the payment service Stripe. Card payment and EPS bank transfer are available. You enter your payment details directly with Stripe. Card or account details are never transmitted to us.

8. Right of withdrawal

Whether you have a statutory right of withdrawal depends on what you ordered. The law provides exceptions for goods that deteriorate quickly and for goods made to your individual specifications. What applies in detail, and how to withdraw, is set out on its own page: Right of withdrawal.

9. Statutory warranty

The statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) applies. If something is not right with your order, please come to us as soon as you can, ideally with a photograph. We will find a solution together.
