The statutory legal guarantee applies to the goods you buy from us. The notice below is the official EU notice about it. It comes unaltered from the European Commission.
What that means with us
If something is not right with your order, please come to us as soon as you can, ideally with a photograph. We will find a solution together. Write to us at info@aromatischewelt.at or drop into the shop.
We do not offer an additional voluntary durability guarantee from a manufacturer. What this page describes is your statutory right.
How we handle defects is also set out in our terms and conditions. Whether you can return an order is a different question from the legal guarantee, and is covered under the right of withdrawal.
